Hi Sophie,

I wanted to write and thank you and your staff for all of their help making my daughters’ wedding a success. Our friends and family are still talking about the beautiful venue and event. My experience from our first meeting to the final breakfast had been nothing but positive. Your calming demeanor and reassuring presence made all the difference. You tirelessly answered all my questions and emails (even when off) and insured that our vision for the wedding became reality. This type of service distinguishes you from the other places in my experience.

Particularly, we were impressed by both you and Derrick at the reception. When we forgot to include a chair on our table listing, it was there before our guest even realized. When we asked for a table to be moved, it was done effortlessly. The food was outstanding and the best I have ever had at a wedding. The chef insured that each guest got the same quality of food, which was even better than at the tasting! The breakfast was beyond our expectations as well. One older relative even commented that this was the best wedding she had ever attended, and that the breakfast food was unbelievable!

The highlight of the night came seeing the pure happiness and joy in our daughter and my new son-in-laws’ eyes. They both told us this was the best day of their life, and the wedding was exactly what they had dreamed of. Carl and I thank you because it definitely was one of our best days as well, and you made this happen. I will highly recommend the Atheneum. My youngest even said “I would love to have my reception there!” (hopefully not for a little while at least)
